Meet Georgia
Georgia is a 200HR YTT trained yoga teacher, having studied traditional Hatha yoga and Yin yoga in Sri Lanka. She teaches within the lineage of Krishnamacharya, offering grounded and mindful practices that combine asana, pranayama, and meditation to support awareness and inner stillness.
Sound bowls are used at the end of practice as a subtle support for relaxation, helping guide the mind into deeper meditative states. Georgia is at the beginning of her yoga teaching journey, approaching the practice with deep respect for its traditional roots. Her teaching is accessible to all, inviting each student to meet the practice where they are — with patience and kindness.
