Sound Meditation Circles

A 45 minute group experience to arrive in the body, settle the mind, and return to a deeper state of awareness.

Each session begins with guided breath work (pranayama), gently regulating the nervous system and drawing attention inward. From here, the practice moves into meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using brainwave entrainment and Himalayan sound healing.

The combination of harmonic frequencies and traditional bowl resonance helps the brain shift into slower, more receptive states — allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and awareness to deepen. The experience is both individual and shared, creating a space of stillness, connection, and restoration.

Each session includes:

  • Guided breath work (pranayama)

  • Time for rest and integration

Sound Meditation Workshops

A 1 hour interactive experience designed to introduce participants to meditation and the principles of sound therapy.

Workshops combine guided breath work, meditation, and hands-on interaction with Himalayan sound bowls, giving participants both an experiential and educational understanding of how sound can support relaxation, focus, and nervous system regulation.

Participants will:

  • Learn simple breath work (pranayama) to calm and focus the mind

  • Explore meditation techniques to support presence and awareness

  • Interact with Himalayan sound bowls, experiencing how sound vibration affects the body and mind

  • Observe how brainwave entrainment frequencies influence relaxation and clarity

    Suitable for:

  • Schools (students and staff)

  • Corporate or team wellbeing programs

  • Community groups and wellness events

    Session settings:

  • Facilitated at Anandamaya Wellness Centre, Taree NSW

  • In-home/school/business or outdoor experiences can be arranged
